How to update our Plugins?
There are two ways to update our plugins: automatically with our weLaunch Framework or manually.
Automatic updates with the weLaunch Framework
With our free weLaunch Framework plugin you get updates for all our plugins directly in WordPress. Enter your license key once and new versions appear under Plugins like any other update.
- Install and activate the weLaunch Framework plugin.
- Go to your backend > Tools > weLaunch.
- Enter your license key.
- Done – from now on you receive updates automatically.
You find your license key in your account. Updates require an active subscription.
Manual updates
If automatic updates are not possible on your site, request the latest version via a support ticket. Then:
- Log in to WordPress and go to Plugins > Installed Plugins.
- Deactivate and delete our plugin – your settings are kept.
- Go to Plugins > Add New Plugin > Upload Plugin and upload the new version.
- Activate the plugin.
If you bought the plugin via CodeCanyon, download the latest version under CodeCanyon > Downloads (“Installable WordPress file only”).

Hi team! I´d got your plugin across Envato Elements Suscription. Suddenly I can´t update the GDPR plugin any more. Is there any way to update it like we´ve been doing until now? Thank you in advance!

For auto updates you need a valid license bought from codecanyon.

If I delete the old plugin, it will delete all the configuration that I did, right? So I need to redo all the settings.

No – all settings will stay. Nothing gets removed.
