If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider and may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

4. Effects of a Refund

When a refund is processed:

  • Your License Key is immediately deactivated;
  • You lose access to Product updates, downloads, and premium support;
  • Any related subscription will be cancelled to prevent future charges.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may be considered a violation of our Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to dispute unjustified chargebacks and may terminate all existing licenses associated with your account.

6. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy periodically. Changes take effect upon posting the revised version on the Site. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revisions.
