What kind of development do you need?

Quality you don’t see

You often only recognize good software years later: when updates run smoothly, extensions are quick to add and another developer understands the code. That is why we work with version control, automated tests for important flows and understandable documentation. Security topics such as permissions, encryption and data minimization are planned in from the start.

We know how important this is from our own plugin development: our plugins run in many thousands of shops and must work with every new WordPress and WooCommerce version.

Custom application or off-the-shelf software?

Not every problem needs custom development, and we tell you openly when an existing product is enough. Custom development pays off when your processes are special, when several systems must work together, or when monthly license fees for many users become more expensive than your own solution. Often the best route is a proven system such as WordPress or WooCommerce, extended exactly where standard solutions don’t fit.

Which technologies do you use?

Mainly PHP, WordPress and WooCommerce, MySQL and modern JavaScript. For apps we use Swift on iOS and Kotlin on Android. We choose the technology to fit your project, not the other way round.

Do you only build with WordPress?

No. WordPress is the best choice for most websites and shops. For portals, booking systems or SaaS products we build standalone PHP applications – like our dance school software weDance.

Do I get the source code?

Yes. Code we write specifically for you belongs to you. You get all access details and can continue the work yourself or with another provider at any time.

How do you ensure quality?

We develop on a staging environment, keep the code under version control and test key flows such as checkout, login or booking before anything goes live.

How does a development project work?

After the intro call, we create a concept with a fixed price. Then we develop in stages, show you progress on a staging environment and only go live when you are happy.

Do you work with existing providers?

Yes. For example, we handle the development while your agency delivers the design, or we build an interface together with your IT provider.

Can I start with a small project?

Of course. Many clients start with an analysis, an optimization or a small feature and expand the collaboration step by step.
