Consulting & concept
We analyse your product data and processes and clarify whether Akeneo fits and which edition makes sense.
Product data in spreadsheets, in the ERP and in three shops – and slightly different everywhere? With Akeneo PIM you manage product information in one place and send it complete and correct to every channel. We advise you, set up Akeneo and connect it to your systems.
We analyse your product data and processes and clarify whether Akeneo fits and which edition makes sense.
Families, attributes, categories, variants, channels and locales – set up cleanly so the PIM grows with you.
We take over your data from spreadsheets, ERP or shop, clean it up and bring it into the new model.
Using the REST API, we connect Akeneo to WooCommerce, Shopify, Shopware, marketplaces and your ERP.
In many companies, product data grows over the years: master data in the ERP, descriptions in the shop, specifications in spreadsheets, images on a network drive and translations sent by email. Every channel ends up with its own version – and nobody knows which one is right.
Akeneo PIM brings this information together in one place. Your team maintains each product once, adds translations and images, and Akeneo shows for every channel and language how complete a product is. Only when everything is there does it go to the shop, the marketplace or the catalogue.
We look at your product data, systems and processes: who maintains which data, where errors occur, which channels need to be supplied? The result is a concept – and an honest assessment of whether Akeneo is the right tool for you.
The heart of every PIM project is the data model. We set up product families, attributes and attribute groups, categories, variants, channels and locales so your team can work quickly and the model still works with new product ranges.
We take over your existing data from spreadsheets, ERP exports or your shop, clean up duplicates and inconsistent values and bring everything into the new model.
Using the Akeneo REST API, we connect the PIM to your systems: online shops such as WooCommerce, Shopify or Shopware, marketplaces, ERP and print catalogues. Where suitable connectors exist, we use them – where not, we build a custom integration in PHP.
We train your team, document the data model and support you after launch – with new channels, new attributes or changes to the integrations.
“With us, you talk directly to the person who builds your project – no sales layer in between.”

Many of our clients sell with WooCommerce. We have been building WooCommerce shops and our own WooCommerce plugins for years, so we know both sides of the integration: how Akeneo structures products, variants and attributes and how WooCommerce expects them. PIM stands for Product Information Management. A PIM is the central place for all product information: descriptions, specifications, images, translations and categories. From there it feeds your shop, marketplaces, catalogues and other channels.
Usually when you have many products with many attributes, sell in several languages or channels, or several people work on product data. Typical signs: data is maintained twice, shops show different details, and new products take too long to go live.
Akeneo is available as the free Community Edition you host yourself and as paid cloud editions with extra features, run by Akeneo. Which one fits depends on data volume, required features, workflows and budget. We work this out together during consulting.
Yes. Via the Akeneo REST API, products, variants, categories and images can be transferred to WooCommerce – with an existing connector or a custom integration if you have special requirements. As WooCommerce developers we know both sides of the interface.
The ERP usually stays the master for SKUs, prices and stock, the PIM for texts, attributes, images and translations. Together we define which system owns which data and set up the data exchange accordingly.
That depends on the number of products and attributes, the data quality and the integrations. After the analysis you receive a realistic schedule – we often start with one range or channel and then expand step by step.
Yes. Your team learns to create products, complete data and use the completeness check. You also receive short documentation of your data model.
