Titles, item specifics, categories and listing terms shaped so eBay's search prefers them.
Every marketplace has its own rules for who ranks first. We optimize your listings on eBay, Etsy, Kaufland and Otto – and connect them to your shop so stock and orders stay in sync.

Titles, tags and attributes for handmade, personalized and vintage products.
Complete product data and attributes so your offers are matched and found in Germany's big marketplaces.
Your shop as the central source for products, stock and orders across all channels.
On Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Kaufland or Otto, search algorithms decide which offers buyers see first. Each marketplace weighs things differently, but all reward complete product data, fitting search terms and good selling conditions. Incomplete listings slide down – no matter how good the product is.
eBay's search reads mainly the title of up to 80 characters and the item specifics. We write titles with the key search terms, fill in all relevant specifics such as brand, size, material or condition and choose the right category. Listing terms matter too: shipping costs, delivery time and returns noticeably affect ranking.
For handmade, personalized and vintage products Etsy is often the most important marketplace. Titles, up to 13 tags, attributes and photos count here – and language that suits your audience.
Kaufland matches offers to a catalogue product via the EAN, so correct EANs, complete attributes and good images are crucial. Otto pays particular attention to data and image quality and admits sellers only after a review. We prepare your data to meet these requirements.
“With us, you talk directly to the person who builds your project – no sales layer in between.”
Selling on several marketplaces requires one central place for product data, stock and orders. We connect your WooCommerce shop to multichannel systems or directly to the marketplaces, so you maintain data once and publish it everywhere. For Amazon see Amazon SEO and Amazon Ads.
Every marketplace has its own rules, but the basics are the same everywhere. Getting these right gives you an advantage on every channel:
Marketplaces don’t only rate text. Sellers who deliver reliably, answer questions quickly and have few returns get shown preferentially. When several sellers offer the same product, price and shipping terms also decide whose offer is featured. That is why our optimization always looks at your processes too: stock, shipping times and customer communication are part of marketplace SEO.
We recommend not starting on all marketplaces at once. It is better to begin with one channel, test processes for orders, shipping and returns, and then expand. That keeps the effort manageable, and you learn which products sell best where.

Often yes, because each marketplace has its own regular customers. What matters is central management of stock and orders, or you'll soon sell goods you no longer have.
eBay evaluates how well a listing matches the search – via title, category and item specifics – and how attractive it is to buyers: price including shipping, delivery time, returns policy and seller ratings.
Yes, via multichannel tools such as plentymarkets or Billbee or via direct interfaces. For Dealbird we connected WooCommerce to plentymarkets; for Sindibaba we set up the shop with Billbee.
Very important. Reviews influence how often your product is bought after a click – and therefore indirectly its ranking. We show you how to get more reviews within the rules of each marketplace.
Not entirely. The basis can be the same, but titles, attributes and image requirements differ. We adapt the data per channel while still maintaining it centrally.
That depends on the number of products and marketplaces. After a look at your range, you get a quote with fixed services – for example optimizing your most important products on one marketplace as a start.
Yes. If your products are already in your shop, we use that data as the basis and add what the marketplaces additionally require.
