WordPress Activity Logger
See who did what on your WordPress site: the Activity Logger records logins, failed login attempts and every form action of your users – with name, email, company, country and masked IP. Export everything as CSV.
Logins at a glance
Successful and failed logins with time, user and IP address.
Every action
Form actions in the backend and in your shop – who saved what, and when.
Privacy built in
Masked IP addresses, no passwords, guests only if you want.
Who did what, and when?
The WordPress Activity Logger records what happens on your site in its own database table:
- Logins – successful and failed, with the reason such as a wrong password
- Actions – forms sent in the backend and in the shop, for example saving a post, changing settings or WooCommerce actions
- Page views – optional, if you need them
Each entry contains the time, URL, action, user name, name, email address, company and country of the user – taken from the WooCommerce billing details where available. Passwords are never stored.
You decide what is logged
Log logged-in users, guests or both. Exclude actions you do not need – such as the WordPress heartbeat – so the log stays lean.
IP addresses are masked by default: the last digits are removed. If you want, the country can also be determined from the IP address (via the geojs.io service).
Export for analysis and audits
Download all entries as a CSV file with one click and open them in Excel or Google Sheets – for support cases, security checks or to prove who changed what. On multisite networks, every site keeps its own log.
