Five types of PDF
WooCommerce PDF Orders turns your products into a PDF at the click of a button. You choose which types are available:
- Full catalog of your shop
- Category catalog
- Sale products only
- Cart as an order list with quantities
- Wishlist – requires our WooCommerce Wishlist
Send PDFs by email
Instead of downloading the PDF, send it straight from the shop: enter the recipient, choose the PDF type, add a personal message and a name and, if you like, upload your own cover image (JPG or PNG).
In the settings you define the subject, default CC and BCC addresses, all field labels and the success message. If only one PDF type is enabled, the selection is hidden.
Order lists with quantities
When the cart is exported, the quantity is placed in front of each product title – the PDF becomes an order list. Numbering, prices (optionally regular prices only), SKUs, stock status, barcodes and QR codes can be added as needed.
Limit who can create PDFs
Price lists and order forms are not always meant for everyone. With the access limit, only users with a selected role can create PDFs – for example your sales team or wholesale customers. Everyone else is sent to a page of your choice, such as the login page.

Table of contents and index
A table of contents with page numbers and links and an alphabetical index help your customers find products quickly – especially in large catalogs.
All the product data you need
Images and gallery, short and long description, attributes, weight and dimensions, categories, tags and sale badges. Variations can be shown as a table with image, SKU, EAN, price, stock and a comment field. Custom meta keys and ACF fields add any extra data.
