Settings

The settings are located in the Admin Panel below Posts. If you do not see the settings “PDF Catalog”, please make sure you have the Redux Framework installed.

General Settings

  • Enable
    Enable PDF Catalog to use the options below
  • Full Catalog Link
    Show Full Catalog Link
  • Category Catalog Link
    Show Category Catalog Link
  • Subcategories
    Show Subcategories and posts
  • Exclude Parent Category Posts
    Hide posts from the parent category
  • Order Posts
    Sort retrieved Posts
  • Order Posts By
    Sort retrieved Posts by parameter
  • Container Padding
    Choose the spacing or padding you want.
  • Link position
    Choose the position of the button on the category page
  • Exclusions
    With the below settings you can exclude posts / categories from the PDF catalog
  • Exclude Post Categories
    Which post categories should be excluded in the PDF catalog.
  • Exclude Post Categories Posts only
    This will exclude only posts inside a category, not the category itself. Good for overview pages.
  • Exclude Posts
    Which posts should be excluded in the PDF catalog.
  • Enable Cache
    Use button below to create PDF files for cache

  • Format
    Choose a pre-defined page size. A4 is recommended!
  • Orientation
    Choose landscape or portrait. Portrait recommended!
  • Background color

Table of Contents

In the Table of Contents section you can enable / disable it, you can choose if you want paging and more:

  • Enable Table of Contents page
  • Enable Paging
    Place page numbers in the ToC
  • Enable Linking
    Place links in the ToC to the category page.
  • Full catalog only
    Only show for complete Catalog
  • Position
    First or Last Page
  • Text Before ToC
    Any HTML Text allowed
  • Text After ToC
    Any HTML Text allowed
  • Padding
    Choose the spacing or padding you want.

Header

  • Enable header
  • Choose header
    • background color
    • text color
    • Layout
    • Margin
    • Height
    • Padding
    • Vertical Align
  • Top Left Header Content (text, image, blog info, category, pagenumber etc.)
  • Top Middle Header Content (text, image, blog info, category, pagenumber etc.)
  • Top Right Header Content (text, image, blog info, category, pagenumber etc.)

Category Layout

  • Enable Categories to display
  • Select Layout
  • Category Padding
    Choose the padding you want.
  • Category image
    This overrides the category image.
  • Text Align

Posts Layout

  • Select Layout
  • Post image
    This overrides all post images (good for 7th layout).
  • Add Pagebreak
    Add a pagebreak after each post.
  • Post Container Padding
    Choose the padding you want.
  • Heading color
  • Heading Align

Limit Access

  • Enable
    Enable the limit access. This will activate the below settings.
  • User Role
    Select a custom user Role (Default is: administrator) who can use this plugin.

Advanced Settings

  • Enable Debug Mode
    This stops creating the PDF and shows the plain HTML.
  • Custom CSS
    Add some stylesheet if you want.
  • Custom JS
    Add some javascript if you want.

    Hi, I’ve installed your plugin in a customer’s website and everything works fine but not the filename to use as cache.

    we are generating some tag based pdfs with url like: /?pdf-catalog=attr&taxonomy=product_tag&term-id=54
    how can I specify the filename to generate these catalogs to cache? by default all files are named Attr.pdf
