By default our plugin blocks & deletes all cookies UNTIL the user has clicked on the “I accept” in the Cookie Popup (gives his consent).
Then in the privacy settings user can enable different services: https://demos.welaunch.io/wordpress-gdpr/privacy-center/privacy-settings/
For example Google Analytics: If a user does not allow Google Analytics the Analytics Code will not be loaded.

Hi,
This plugin looks great, but I cannot find anything about a cookie consent log. I believe this is obligated according to GDPR law for all users that gave consent.
Can you tell me if this is part of this plugin? If not, why?

Under wp-admin > Users > GDPR users you will find the consent log.
