Are Custom Meta or Taxonomy fields comparable?
WooCommerce Better Compare plugin supports custom meta and taxonomy fields by default. Up to 4 of each type can be created and drag / drop into the comparison table.
would it be possible to display the seller, in this case the seller of the wcfm plugin?
If this is a custom meta or taxonomy then you can display that field in the compare table.
Can we compare fields created using ACF plugin?
When these are simple ACF fields (not multidimensional / multi fields) then yes.
